上海市宝山区房地产交易中心将于2017年3月27日从同泰路68号搬迁至宝杨路1369号（同济路西侧约400米）。Shanghai Municipal Baoshan District Real Estate Exchange Center will be relocated from No.68 Tong Tai Road to No.1369 Bao Yang Road which is about 400 meters near the west side of Tong Ji Road on March 27, 2017.

因搬迁及内部调试需要，3月27日至3月30日四天（周一至周四）暂停办理所有业务，自3月31日（周五）起在新址宝杨路1369号恢复办公。

Due to relocation and internal debugging needs, all business will be suspended for four days from March 27 to March 30(from Monday to Thursday). From March 31(Friday) on, all business will be resumed at No.1369 Bao Yang Road.

交易登记大厅位于新大楼二楼，大厅内设有不动产登记受理、房屋状况查询、网上房地产、不动产资料查阅、资金监管、公积金贷款、公证、资料复印等服务窗口。一楼为税务大厅，内设征税窗口、银行收费窗口。

Exchange registration hall is located on the second floor of the new building. There will be service windows in the hall such as Real Estate Registration, House Status Inquiry, Online Real Estate, Real Estate Information Consultation, Capital Supervision, Public Accumulation Funds Loan, Notarization, Material Copying. Tax hall is on the first floor with the tax window and the bank charges window.
